Monday, May 13th:
9 am- Official Futurity and Derby move-in (earlier arrival is permitted- additional stall and RV fees apply)
9 am- Warm up Sessions & Optional Exhibitions go on sale (enter yourself and one other person –limit 3 exhibitions per horse).
10 am -2 pm – Warm Up Sessions – ($20 per horse) 25 minutes, limited to 10 horses per session, barrels are set off the stakes (10, 10:30, 11, 11:30, 12, 12:30, 1:00, 1:30)
2 pm – 6 pm Optional Timed Exhibitions ($5.00 each) (horses do not have to be numbered or entered for this session) ($25 penalty for exceeding 60 second limit)
4 pm -6 pm -Contestant check in at Show Office. Original horse papers must be available for visible inspection. Any scratches or rider changes will require updating at this time. Horses must be checked-in and the appropriate horse number must be visible for exhibition and competition
Tuesday, May 14th:
8 am – 10 am– Open Arena
9:00 am – 12pm –Final Contestant check in at Show Office. Original horse papers must be available for visible inspection. Any scratches or rider changes will require updating at this time. Horses must be checked-in and the appropriate horse number must be visible for exhibition and competition
10 am - Exhibitions start with 4yr old Futurity horse, draw #1-?, 5yr old Futurity horse #1-? - Derby horse, draw #1-? The correct horse number must be visible to exhibition
This session’s exhibitions are included as part of your entry.
There is a $100 charge for exceeding 60 second time limit
Wednesday, May 15th:
10 am- Exhibitions begin in reverse order with Derby #?-1 -5 yr old Futurity#?-1- 4yr old Futurity #?- 1. The correct horse number must be visible to exhibition. This session’s exhibitions are included as part of your entry

Thursday, May 16th:
11 am 4 Yr Old Futurity Time Trials
(30 minute break) 5 Yr Old Futurity Time Trials
11 am- Consolation entries accepted up to 30 minutes after 5 Yr Old Futurity Trials.
Friday, May 17th:
11 am Super Derby Time Trials – Consolation Race 5 pm
11 am- Consolation entries accepted up to 30 minutes after Derby Trials
5 Fastest 4 Yr Old Futurity, 5 Fastest 5 Yr Futurity & 5 Fastest Derby
Horses advance to Finals
(SAME Rider in the Trials & Consolation race required to advance to finals)
